This policy explains how refunds are handled for paid consultations.

General Policy

Consultation fees, once a session has been conducted, are generally non-refundable, as the service — time, guidance and advice — has already been delivered.

Eligible Refund Situations

• If a paid session could not take place due to an error on our end (e.g. missed appointment, technical failure).
• If a duplicate payment was made in error for the same consultation.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after a consultation has already been completed.
• Dissatisfaction with an outcome that is dependent on factors outside our control.
• Missed appointments due to the client's unavailability.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at +91 77101 89359 or via WhatsApp with your payment details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
